As per the Narendra Modi’s campaign “ Meri Maati, Mera Desh”, under Azaadi ka Amrit mahotsav a week called “Samapan Saptah” was being celebrated all over India from 9th Aug-15 August.
In Narendra Modi’s ninth consecutive speech from the ramparts of Red Fort, Hon’ble PM, Sh. Narendra Modi Ji said it was a historic day for India and the completion of 75 years of Independence ( Azaadi ka Amritmahotsav) was a time to step towards a new direction with new resolve.
He termed “Panch Pran” pledge.
He said we should focus on the five resolves –
1. A resolve of developed India;
2. Removing any trace of the colonial mindset;
3. Taking pride in our legacy;
4. Our strength of unity;
5. Fulfilling the duties of citizens with honesty.
This Panch Pran' (five resolves) to ensure a developed India in the next 25 years, i.e in 2047. In this context it is necessary that the youth of the country understand the context, content and spirit of the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s message.
Under this a “Panch Pran” pledge was undertaken on 14th August at 1.00pm by all students and faculties of JSPM’s Jayawant Institute of Pharmacy, Tathawade Campus.
Taking soil in hand the pledge was undertaken and plantings were being planted.
