Those candidates who are awaiting a decision from a university for a postgraduate course are also eligible to apply. Students who will pursue their postgraduate studies in the fields of Pure Sciences, Applied Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities, Law, -Architecture and Management at prestigious Indian and international universities are eligible for the scholarship. 4	ISHAN UDAY - Special Scholarship Scheme For North Eastern Region	INR 10,000	Students with domicile of NER, whose parental annual income does not exceed Rs.4.5 lakh per annum from all sources. Passed XII or equivalent in the preceding year of study i.e. 2017 for applications called for during year 2017-18.
